The program aimed to enhance communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding within the boarding school environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training was held on <strong>Tuesday, November 4, 2025<\/strong>, and was attended by all staff members, teachers, and boarding school caregivers. The full participation reflected the institution\u2019s strong commitment to improving professionalism and quality of student care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The session was delivered by <strong>Mr. Qodrisiyah Siregar<\/strong>, who presented insightful material on building healthy, empathetic, and effective relationships among caregivers, students, and parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his presentation, Mr. Qodrisiyah emphasized that the success of student education is not solely determined by curriculum and teaching methods, but also by the strength of relationships and trust between the boarding school and parents. Caregivers play a crucial role in maintaining this connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this training, <strong>At Tibyan Islamic Boarding School<\/strong> hopes that all participants will be able to apply the knowledge and values gained in their daily responsibilities.
