PONPES At Tibyan Holds the 80th Independence Day Ceremony with Solemnity

Pondok Pesantren At Tibyan held a flag ceremony to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia on Sunday, August 17, 2025. The ceremony took place solemnly in the main courtyard of the pesantren, attended by all students, teachers, and the management. Although conducted in a simple manner, the atmosphere was filled with a strong sense of nationalism and gratitude.

The ceremony was led by the Head of PONPES At Tibyan, who in his address reminded the importance of the young generation, especially the students, to emulate the struggles of the nation’s heroes in filling independence with meaningful contributions. He emphasized that students are not only required to master religious knowledge but also to actively contribute to the progress of the nation and society.

The ceremony proceeded smoothly, beginning with the raising of the Red and White flag accompanied by the national anthem Indonesia Raya, followed by the reading of the Proclamation text, and a moment of silence to honor the heroes of the nation.

The commemoration of the 80th Independence Day at PONPES At Tibyan became an important occasion to nurture the spirit of nationalism among the students, while reminding them that independence is a blessing from Allah Almighty that must be preserved through knowledge, deeds, and noble character.
