Madrasah Principal Performance Evaluation at MTs At Tibyan
The Madrasah Principal Performance Evaluation (PKKM) under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Deli Serdang was successfully conducted on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at MTs At Tibyan. This activity is part of ongoing efforts to enhance leadership quality and professional, accountable school management aimed at improving educational standards.
The evaluation involved two assessors: Drs. H. Rahmat Diono, MM as Assessor 1, and M. Arif Ramadhan, M.Pd as Assessor 2. The assessment was carried out comprehensively, covering managerial, supervisory, entrepreneurial, and institutional development aspects through document review, interviews, and direct observation.
Participants included several madrasah principals and educational leaders, such as Rini Dariani, M.Pd (Principal of MTs Darul Ilmi), Puji Rahayu, S.Pd (Principal of MTs Al-Ikhlas), Zainab Nurdinah, S.Pd (Vice Principal of Curriculum at MTsS Zia Salsabila), Nurdiana Nasution, M.Pd (Principal of MA Ali bin Abi Thalib), Raisa Maulia Abdul, S.Pd (Principal of MTs Al-Wasliyah), Gunawa, S.Pd (Vice Principal of Curriculum at MTs Darul Mafaza), Rahma Azhari, S.Pd (Principal of MA At Tibyan), and Faisal, M.Pd (Principal of MTs At Tibyan).
Through this activity, it is expected that madrasah principals will continue to improve their competencies and performance in managing competitive and high-quality educational institutions. PKKM also serves as a platform for reflection and sharing best practices to support the advancement of madrasahs in Deli Serdang.
