At-Tibyan Islamic Boarding School Holds Staff Orientation Meeting for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

At-Tibyan Islamic Boarding School held its Staff Orientation Meeting for the 2026/2027 Academic Year as an initial step in welcoming the new academic year. The meeting took place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, and was attended by all teaching and administrative staff. The event aimed to strengthen coordination, align the institution’s vision and mission, and reinforce the commitment to delivering high quality educational services.

The meeting was conducted in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, professionalism, and unity. Several important agendas were discussed, including the presentation of the school’s policies, an evaluation of programs implemented during the previous academic year, and the introduction of strategic plans and objectives for the 2026/2027 academic year. The meeting also served as a platform to strengthen collaboration among staff members to ensure that all educational, administrative, and student development programs are carried out effectively and efficiently.

In his opening remarks, the Director (Mudir) of At-Tibyan Islamic Boarding School, Ustadz Faisal Ben, M.Pd, emphasized the importance of maintaining unity, professionalism, and sincerity in fulfilling the responsibility of serving as educators and administrators. He encouraged all staff members to continuously improve the quality of educational services and to regard every responsibility as an act of worship dedicated to nurturing knowledgeable, morally upright, and beneficial generations for the Muslim community.

“Through this orientation meeting, we hope that every staff member will gain a shared understanding of the school’s vision, mission, and work programs, enabling us to work together with discipline, dedication, and responsibility in welcoming the 2026/2027 Academic Year,” he stated.

Through this meeting, At-Tibyan Islamic Boarding School hopes that all staff members are well prepared to face the challenges of the new academic year while working together to create an excellent Islamic educational environment that is committed to developing students’ character in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
