Teacher Supervision at At Tibyan Islamic Boarding School: Enhancing Teaching Quality and Professionalism
At Tibyan Islamic Boarding School conducted a teacher supervision program as part of its ongoing efforts to improve teaching quality and enhance the professionalism of its educators. The activity was carried out in a structured and scheduled manner, involving all subject teachers.
The supervision was led by the school’s head, Ustadz Faisal, M.Pd., together with vice principals and curriculum coordinators. The process included classroom observations, evaluation of lesson plans, and constructive feedback on effective teaching strategies tailored to students’ needs.
Through this supervision, teachers received valuable input to further develop their pedagogical and professional skills. It also became an opportunity for discussion and experience-sharing among teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
The leadership of At Tibyan Islamic Boarding School expressed hope that this supervision would not merely serve as a formality but as a concrete step toward realizing the school’s vision of nurturing Qur’anic generations who are knowledgeable, well-mannered, and prepared to face the challenges of the times.
