At Tibyan Islamic Boarding School Holds Staff Training to Strengthen Relationships with Students and Parents

At Tibyan Islamic Boarding School conducted a staff and caregiver training program entitled “Strengthening Relationships between Caregivers, Students, and Parents”. The program aimed to enhance communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding within the boarding school environment.

The training was held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and was attended by all staff members, teachers, and boarding school caregivers. The full participation reflected the institution’s strong commitment to improving professionalism and quality of student care.

The session was delivered by Mr. Qodrisiyah Siregar, who presented insightful material on building healthy, empathetic, and effective relationships among caregivers, students, and parents.

In his presentation, Mr. Qodrisiyah emphasized that the success of student education is not solely determined by curriculum and teaching methods, but also by the strength of relationships and trust between the boarding school and parents. Caregivers play a crucial role in maintaining this connection.
